Beat My Rent is operated by 57 Tigers Properties, LLC. You can reach us at hello@beatmyrent.com.

What we collect

When you join the founding list, you fill out a Google Form. It asks for your email address, the market you are looking in, whether you already own a rental property, what you want to do next, and anything else you choose to tell us. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or credit scores, and you should not send them to us.

This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use your answers to reply to you about Beat My Rent, including any property review you sign up for and updates about the service. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the providers that help us run the site and store your form answers, such as Google and Cloudflare.

How long we keep it

We keep your answers until you ask us to delete them or until we shut the founding list down, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Email hello@beatmyrent.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop hearing from us. We will act on your request promptly and within 10 business days.

What this site is not

Beat My Rent provides estimates only. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax or real estate advice, and figures on this site are examples, not quotes. Talk to a licensed professional before you make a purchase or borrowing decision.

Who this site is for

Beat My Rent is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this page, we will update the date at the top.
